The Code of Conduct guides our work
L&T's Code of Conduct sets common guidelines for all L&T employees and partners. The Code of Conducts help L&T employees and partners make right and fair decisions in their daily work. The Code of Conducts explain what L&T expects from its employees and partners, for example, regarding human rights, environmental consideration, and fair competition.
