Open positions for maintenance workers

In these jobs, you will enjoy being part of a team with a good team spirit. Depending on the task, you will work either in pairs or alone, but you will always be part of a larger work team that meets daily or at least weekly. In addition, your work will be enriched by the customers you meet on a daily basis. Furthermore, you will always have a designated and trained supervisor to support you whenever needed.

 When you decide to work as a property caretaker at L&T, you will become an employee of a large, responsible, and Finnish employer that operates according to collective agreements. You will almost always have a permanent and full-time job, which enables a well-functioning everyday life. If you prefer, you can also work seasonally, either in the winter or in the summer. You will always receive your salary on time, and the other benefits are as promised. For example, you will have comprehensive occupational health services.

You will have access to modern, functional, and well-maintained equipment, as well as a company vehicle if your tasks require traveling between locations. Additionally, you will have all the necessary tools and other equipment to support your workdays, as well as a smartphone specifically for work purposes. The smartphone will provide you with access to your tasks, work shifts, and online training courses related to onboarding. If you wish, you can also participate in the development of new work methods and tools.

As a property caretaker, your workdays will be diverse. You can focus on either outdoor or indoor property maintenance throughout the year. In these jobs, there may also be opportunities for longer breaks if you prefer to focus solely on seasonal snow removal or summer maintenance and construction of green areas. Additionally, you will always receive comprehensive initial training. After working with us for a while, you can further develop your skills by participating in apprenticeship training or transitioning to other roles within the company or expanding your skill set with new tools, for example. We also want you to return home healthy, so occupational safety is a part of every workday.
