The interior temperatures of apartments attract attention, so it is worth checking the following things before ordering maintenance:
Is the radiator cold? It does not automatically mean that the internal temperature is otherwise low. If the indoor temperature is over 20 degrees, the radiators are unlikely to be at fault. The normal interior temperature of the apartment is 20-23 degrees and the property manager decides if the temperature of the whole house should be raised higher.
Radiators.
The most common heating method is central water heating, where warm water adjusted according to the outside air temperature circulates in the radiators. When the weather gets cold outside, the water in the radiator starts to be heated little by little-so the radiators do not heat up in an instant.
Windows and curtains.
Close the windows and doors and take care of the condition of the seals. Closing the blinds and curtains prevents heat from escaping from the apartment, but at the same time the curtains may cover the radiators-it is worth noting that furniture or curtains must not be placed in front of the radiator or thermostat.

You can make a maintenance request using the service request form, if there seems to be a problem with the radiators or if the apartments temperature needs to be measured.
