From among its members, the Board of Directors of Lassila & Tikanoja plc elected Eero Hautaniemi as Vice Chairman of the Board due to the resignation of Matti Kavetvuo on 27 December 2011.

Until the end of the following Annual General Meeting, the Board consists of the following Board members:
- Heikki Bergholm, Chairman
- Eero Hautaniemi, Vice Chairman
- Hille Korhonen
- Sakari Lassila and
- Miikka Maijala.
